Very inefficient, dirty, slow service, loud. First of all, my family was going to come here for my brother?s birthday, LET ME TELL YOU, I hated the food service as the food got to me and my family about HALF AN HOUR LATE, the only reason they brought itwas because my sister went and asked for it. Then, the plates, I don?t understand how hard it is to just bring plates, it?s been25 minutes and the food is already cold?. I?m hungry, whyyy, my sister had to go get those too, and then a potato chip had aFREAKINN HAIR IN IT, I almost swallowed it until I felt it ????????????just ruined my appetite
This is a fantastic restaurant that is always clean. If you find a table that needs attention, just ask the staff, and they'll take care of it promptly. The food is quick and delicious—I had three pieces of chicken with mojo sauce and 16 pieces of chicken overall. The customer service experience was excellent, and the food was great as well.
Don't go there at 1:30pm for their lunch special. They do not refill the items. I understand it's over by 2 pm. But when you pay full price you should be able to get what you pay for. Other than that the food was good! Need healthy vegetable sidechoices with less starch such as green beans, sautéed mushrooms, squash, zucchini etc.
I visited this Shakey's since the one at Passons and Washington in Pico Rivera had burned down and has been closed. I was very disappointed! The pizza was cold, the salad had only three or four ingredients, and the dessert was just jello. I won't be coming back.

The male cashier, was very professional and friendly. The guy that brought us our pizza and cleaned the table, I did not get his name but he was AWESOME! Thank you The food was delicious, even the salad was fresh.
I haven't been to a Shakey's Pizza in a long time really good Mojo's my favorite.
Some of the games were broken. The chorizo pizza was great. And good service too.
