It had been quite awhile since we had been to Sharetea, so we headed over for a quick drink stop. We were amazed at how bad our experience was. When we first walked in we noticed how extremely cluttered the store was. There was stuff everywhere! Also, the tables are all pushed to the side with boxes stacked on them. We get it if you still don't want people sitting in the store, even when everywhere else does again, but don't use the tables as storage out in customer view. The initial mix-up with my order was frustrating enough, but to have the replacement drinks also made incorrectly was unacceptable. Adding water to the drinks to reach the desired fill not only diminishes the quality but also undermines the entire experience. If I wanted hot water, I wouldn't have gone there in the first place. The drinks tasted bland and watery, lacking any real flavor.
I hope Share Tea takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service. As a loyal customer, I expect to receive exactly what I ordered, especially when I’m paying for it. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I'm now hesitant to return to Share Tea in the future.
The owner, Jason, is truly alarming if he believes it's acceptable to yell at my child's friend, a fifteen-year-old, for not saying or doing the right thing during an interview. The kid wasn't even being trained, just interviewed. How can someone scream at a high school student who is just trying to secure a job? I feel so sorry for all his employees. I will never return to this place, and I'm making sure to share my experience with everyone.

So, this place has been on our To Go places for a while. We finally decided to try it out. This picture is of my Matcha Green Tea Cream, ok so the flavor only has a very mild hint (if any) of Matcha. My daughter ordered the Green KitKat and she said that it tasted like cereal milk. So either the recipes are off and the person didn 't know how to make them, or it 's a complete fail. I don 't recommend it at all.
I truly love the fruit teas at this place. I ordered the kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly at 0% sweetness, and it was just right. It tasted refreshing and was packed with plenty of kiwi pieces. I also sampled their coffee milk tea with boba, which was quite good. They offer a wide range of drink options. If you're in the mood for fresh fruit teas, I highly recommend giving them a visit.
Saw a roach crawling from the counter to the chair by the front door. See pics attached. Would have ignored it, but the 3% service charge sorta inspires the transparency on my part.Food: 1/5
Usually decent but they forgot to add a topping to my drink. I asked them to add it, they charged me and then proceeded to add like the tiniest amount possible.
