Shire is an excellent new option for nightlife in Dalton. The design and ambiance can compete with any big city bar or restaurant, featuring a stylish look, many thoughtful details, and ideal lighting. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I visited last night with my parents, and we enjoyed some fantastic beers (the aptly named Bay State Best Bitter and Firemen's Red) along with a hearty meal. I highly recommend trying the bourbon pork belly bites as an appetizer, and it's exciting to see the kitchen continue to evolve and offer more ambitious dishes. Definitely worth the trip—thank you, Shire team!
This place is fantastic! I'm usually not a big beer drinker, but I was really impressed by every beer I sampled. My favorite was the Summer Saison. While we didn't order a main course, we did get a special dip platter, and it was all amazing. I will definitely be back. Plus, the fact that they have both darts and cornhole is a great addition!
I was thoroughly impressed! We started with an IPA and a sour beer, along with a charcuterie platter for an appetizer, and then enjoyed two paninis. The service was quick and friendly, the beers were fantastic, and the food was exceptional! The atmosphere is beautiful as well. I highly recommend this place! We will definitely be returning!
I visited Shire Breu-Hous for the first time on May 4, 2018, and I was impressed. Both the beer and the food were outstanding, and the atmosphere of the place is really unique. I will definitely be returning soon!

Really awesome stylish brewery in an old warehouse. With many seating options inside and outside. We end up tasting two racks of flights and all of the beers taste great.
My first visit. Outstanding home brews! I got a flight so I got to try 4 different beers. Food and service were top notch! Wonderful live music too. Will be back !
The best sliders I have ever had. Great selection of beer. Warm atmosphere. I would recommend this to anyone that wants something different in the Berkshires.
Best buffalo Mac ever by far hands down! You can not prove otherwise !!!! It was just the right amount of kick and tangy! Wow!!!!worth every cent!

The burger was amazing, as always, and the truffle fries were incredibly tasty. I just wish they had dessert to round off the meal!
