I've been coming to your restaurant for over 35 years and loved every minute of it. This time, however, while the food was great, drink and the ambiance was as usual great, the chef I had at my table was so-so. As I watched all the chefs at the two tables next to us do their show, our chef did absolutely nothing, he didn't interact with us at all, no volcano, no talking, no show, no nothing. In fact he kept getting the orders wrong. While I know everyone has a bad day, so close to the closing, you would expect a little bit more than someone just standing there doing nothing.
