I just got home and wanted to share some compliments about my experience. Jay at the self-checkout is fantastic—always helpful. The staff at the fish counter is wonderful as well; they're very friendly and the fish is always fresh. There's a lovely woman butcher who goes above and beyond to assist customers. Overall, the customer service is excellent! The deli counter is also impressive, with consistently fresh offerings. They used to have a great guy working there, but overall, it’s still very good. I’ve also noticed that the stocking of items has improved! A liquor store would be a nice addition, but I suppose you can't have everything!
This rating primarily concerns the management. As an Instacart shopper who shops here daily, I find the lack of bags in the store unacceptable. There is no reason for you to be out of bags, as Instacart relies on them to complete orders. Whoever is in charge of management needs to order more bags than you currently do, because you're consistently running out. On a positive note, the customer service is fantastic; everyone is friendly and helpful. However, management needs to improve. Be better prepared, especially on your busiest days, which are Sundays and Mondays. You really need to make some changes.
When this restaurant first opened, they offered halal chicken, but during my recent visit to the Wyckoff location, I found they no longer had any available. I inquired with the butchers about when they would restock halal options, but I was informed that they no longer sell halal products at all. I’m puzzled as to why they decided to stop offering it. Is the owner not interested in serving the whole community in Wyckoff? Or do they only want certain customers to shop there? I still visit occasionally to see if they’ve resumed selling halal chicken, but unfortunately, they haven’t yet.
Many products out stock. Seems like they only stock at nite after closing. Poorly stocked meat dept. and the staff doesn’t want to help. Clearly annoyed if u ask for something. Get some help.!!!!! Open some registers they are not self check out!!!!!! Very disappointed on this store that is in town. Going back to Oakland

This is the best of the local ShopRite locations. It's the ideal spot for your weekly shopping needs—there’s no reason to go anywhere else. The store is large and spacious, and it's never crowded enough to be bothersome.
The Shoprite is clean and easy to navigate. I do wish this location had longer hours, as the ones in Oakland and Ramsey are usually open past 10 PM on most days.
Like most of supermarket many products are with toxic ingredients..example cellulose in parmesean cheese, soy #gmo
Fantastic new store! Spacious and well-stocked. Prices are consistently reasonable.
