Allendale Grill - Reserva de mesa

Tied to the sister location The Mahwah Bar and grill, this cool looking bar in downtown Allendale is a nice looking spot with a bar and TVs for watching the game. Unfortunately maybe I caught them 2 times on bad days, but the food wasn't that good. The clams had alot of sand in them and were way too salty. The chili was overly sweet and the dish my son had was hardly aby flavor. I guess the trade off is they serve free popcorn :

The bartender was very rude to me when I asked him a question and loudly so that everyone heard. Never going back. The menu is nothing to write home about the Spanish dip is like paste. The entire staff here has worked together a long time and sticks together in their options of patrons. They cater to the regulars usually the men. Noone takes ubers home but me after they are drinking.

It was very dirty. French frys and popcorn all over. One of our chairs was wet and never wiped down before we were seated. Our food came out cold and had to be sent back. Both of us did not feel well later that night. I think it was the chicken wings.The waiter was very nice and helpful. We won't be going back. Hopefully, they will pay more attention to the cleanliness!!!

Good food. Friendly staff. Overhead lighting in dining area way too bright. Server was not present when food appeared, and food runner almost ran away before we could check doneness of burgers or request extra napkins and steak sauce. He brought the steak sauce, but I had to get my own extra napkins. Server finally showed up to ask how everything was, but too late. Reserva una mesa ahora

Service was terrible, long wait time for appetizers and food. Waiter never checked on us, we had to flag the server down constantly. Order extra waters or drinks or wait and hope you get any service. We were not the only table, the table next to us gave up and left without their to go order. Not a lot of vegetarian options.

Great customer service. Good reasonably priced food and perfect for a casual lunch. Have gone here for many years now my son is coming here and likes it too. Burgers/salads great and very easy going atmosphere. Mahwah location very nice too. Was also nice eating outside. Luckily some nice things really dont change!

Forgot our meal. They didn't realize until over 30 minutes until asked. No apology or compensation. Just took another 30 minutes to deliver. No apologies even when giving the bill. Wow. Communicating is the minimum of customer satisfaction. Its a fun vibe but be wary.

Below Average. Pros: Free Popcorn, Good Pretzels, and Nice Staff. Cons: Average Service, Disappointing Food, and Okay Atmosphere. Mahwah Bar and Grill is still better. Finally, the food had almost no taste. 5/10 Would maybe recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora

I’ve come here for three years for my birthday, I love this place. It’s great for a casual setting, great drinks and lots of options for food. I love their wings the most, they have the best wings I’ve had!

Great family go to location. Celebrated my son's 42nd birthday with his twin 8 year old boys, wife and grandparents. Something delicious for every taste and large drinks for all. Going back real soon.
