I ordered the beef bone hot pot off of Uber eats for pick up. It took a while to get an employee's attention but I picked up my order and went back to eat in my office. They package the food super securely, sealing the top of the bowl with plastic like a boba cup. Unfortunately, the container isn't resealable so you'll have to finish it in one meal or have another container. The meal itself was really tasty and the portion was good for me. i got my order doordashed and i was thoroughly surprised!even if my order came in 30-40 mins, my soup was piping hot. the packaging was tightly sealed so there was no leakage. impressive lol. we got the spiciest level and it was good, but not spicy enough for my liking. my sister and i got the same soup base but they tasted so different from each other. maybe it was because we got different toppings? no clue what the reason was, but it was still really good regardless. my only gripe is that i wish they put the noodles and chinese donuts on the side. id def come eat in person to get my malatang fix!
Wow, this was a whole experience. For those that dont do spicy , try the Chicken Maw Flavor Soupbase. Each ingredient was flavorful. I added shrimp although I wasnt expecting them to still have eyes. Bamboo shoots, baby bok choy, egg, sea weed, Shrimp balls, and the list goes on. I wanted to add beef and lamb but my digestive system takes forever to process certain meat enzymes). I still feel like I just ate this delicious meal a few hours ago even though I got the soup yesterday night. I cant wait to bring my bf here. Hell love this place!
THEIR CHICKEN SOUP IS THE BEST!!! I also love their chicken knees as a side dish! They also give out free jelly/pudding desserts in small containers and they're tasty! Service is fast, doesn't take more than ten minutes for your number to be called. Currently located inside the food court but they are moving outside to their own space in the same plaza soon. Please open another location on the west side soon!

The food is fantastic, but the quality of service really varies depending on the server you have. Some are incredibly patient and helpful, especially with newcomers, while others can be excessively impatient and even rude. One server today rolled her eyes at me and pointed to the line behind me while sighing and continuing to roll her eyes. So… good luck!
My new obsession! I've only had this place to-go and order from Doordash but I'll definitely need to come in person sometime. The spicy beef broth is to die for and I love how there's just an endless amount of toppings you can choose from. The packaging is very good and efficient as well which I really appreciate.
Beef bone soup. This is my second review bc I wanted to add a picture! I go here almost every week. So good. Also no more surprise sides (jello/kimchi) in your bag to go but that was just a fun free side they used to give. Still love this place. Very consistent in flavor.
Delivery was pretty quick. I like the flavor but its not really spicy although I selected the most spicy level. And just a friendly reminder, they missed the Konjac on my order.
