"Really accommodating! Me and my friend went here to eat. The lamb shank was amazing. We met Omar (i think the owner) and the Chef, they patiently waited us to finish even if it was a last minute order. Thank you! We will be back again! Also, the food was a LOT for two people ?"

I discussed whether I'm here or not, but then I have a chance. At the entrance I was greeted by the owner and asked how I could instead?can I take your order? very humble man. The restaurant was tidy, clean and very organized. Unlike other typical restaurant, I didn't lose my appetite at the entrance. I scratched more. The menu is very simple and photos make it easy to choose what I wanted. After I got a chicken-tandoori wrap, a baklava and a bottle of water with a very reasonable price, I was surprised how good the food tasted. It was very authentic, fresh and full of taste and juicy. I'd go back to the next hunger.

This is one of my favourite hidden gems! Very rarely do kebab places have food that tastes as incredible as it smells, and this place always delivers to that promise. Staff is super sweet too. The lamb soup reminds me of wedding food, and even the spiced rice served with any of the kebabs is incredible on its own. The food takes a while to be made, and while that's the only drawback, I guess it's worth the wait because it's so fresh and flavourful. The meat is tender and juicy, spice levels appropriate, and for those who don't have a heavy sweet tooth, the baklava is perfect.

This is the BEST Afghan restaurant I've ever been in downtown Toronto, possibly the best in the six districts! The chaplee kabob is particularly exquisite: it is thick and juicy. The Naan is amazing, it is the perfect texture both on the outside and on the inside. Taking a piece of naan with a piece of kabob and immersing in the red sauce creates a perfect Medley of taste in your mouth. It is one of the most satisfying gastronomic events you will ever experience. I'll go here at least once a week. It's an incredibly satisfying meal.

Very delicious beef kabob and fresh made delicious naan bread. It was my first time to the place today, place was empty, but they were busy with take-out order, I enjoyed the food very, too bad they do not offer hummus as side, would go great with the beef kabob! There is no parking outside, but a bicycle parking nearby. Many seating and tables, friendly and friendly staff. Will be back next time, maybe will sneak in my own hummus, must have with the Beef Kabob!
