Silverado - Reserva de mesa

We’re a regular customers for the great American restaurants group, and we like all their locations especially Artie’s and Randy’s. As much as I don’t like to write a bad review on this chain but I must do it after our very bad unpleasant experience at Silverado. We visited Silverado today and the experience was horrible, my hickory chicken plate was so bad, one piece of chicken was not cooked enough, the other was hard as a rock. The warm white chocolate pudding was not fresh and hard and cold on top of everything, clearly it’s been sitting there for a while and they just brought it to us instead of baking/heating a fresh one like they normally would do. This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. My family went in for a weekday dinner and never once were we asked for a refill on drinks, how our food was, if he could clear anything from the table, and if we needed anything. We went 15-20 minutes without seeing our server at a time. My family member had to actually get up and go to the bar to order another drink after waiting 10+ minutes. He was nowhere to be seen. Even when confronted about the poor service he did nothing. Great American standards have dropped. Had terrible service like this at Sweetwater as well. I use to love this place for their gluten free friendly menu, but this is not worth it.

First time Silverado but I kept saying...the menu reminds me of Mikes American Grill. I was right they under the same umbrella. I ordered the drunken steak with baked potato (omg to die for). Loved it!! And I also got the chicken breast meal and it was good. The restaurant is old and can use an update. I recommend others to eat there. I would return

Another amazing experience. Service is always good. Not just our waiter but other waitstaff. Our guy last time was Zach who was great but this is more of an overall review for the consistent excellence of the place. We 're local and it 's become our go to for dinner. Reserva una mesa ahora

We love this place. It is an old place but the food is as amazing as a first time I have tried it 15 years ago. Keep it up guys you doing fabulous! My daughter and I coming to eat here now every other weekend and we love it!

Great service, awesome people (Carlos is the best!!! and amazing food! This is the Great American worth going to! So different than Arties where they are pretentious and unfriendly.
