We’re a regular customers for the great American restaurants group, and we like all their locations especially Artie’s and Randy’s. As much as I don’t like to write a bad review on this chain but I must do it after our very bad unpleasant experience at Silverado. We visited Silverado today and the experience was horrible, my hickory chicken plate was so bad, one piece of chicken was not cooked enough, the other was hard as a rock. The warm white chocolate pudding was not fresh and hard and cold on top of everything, clearly it’s been sitting there for a while and they just brought it to us instead of baking/heating a fresh one like they normally would do. The filet mignon steak and the pork...
First time Silverado but I kept saying...the menu reminds me of Mikes American Grill. I was right they under the same umbrella. I ordered the drunken steak with baked potato (omg to die for). Loved it!! And I also got the chicken breast meal and it was good. The restaurant is old and can use an update. I recommend others to eat there. I would return
I wish the portion was slightly bigger, however, the food and service was excellent! I have never tasted orange beets before and I am absolutely thrilled I did this evening. The chef knocked it out the park with his brussels sprouts, cherry tomatoes, farro, and green olives with the beet. Commendable!
Another amazing experience. Service is always good. Not just our waiter but other waitstaff. Our guy last time was Zach who was great but this is more of an overall review for the consistent excellence of the place. We 're local and it 's become our go to for dinner.

We love this place. It is an old place but the food is as amazing as a first time I have tried it 15 years ago. Keep it up guys you doing fabulous! My daughter and I coming to eat here now every other weekend and we love it!
Prepare to eat your weight in chips and the world’s freshest salsa! Also love the fajitas and fresh salads! Very good gluten free options and they treat it seriously!
Well, shortly after writing the review for Silverado, I received a call from Silverado's manager and she was very very concerned with why we were unhappy

Best of the best. Oh though how I miss the brunch fajitas pls pls pls bring them back !
