Our experience at this restaurant was a one-time thing for us. It was our first visit and it may very well be our last. On the plus side, they serve Coke products, which is a plus for us. The only hot item we had was the bone-in wings. Everything else, including the salad, chicken, ranch dressing, and fries, were all served at room temperature. The garlic parmesan sauce was delicious, but the bone-in wings lacked flavor on their own and relied heavily on the sauce for taste. The cashier, a thin and tall male, seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. Despite these shortcomings, the restaurant ambiance was pleasant.
Had the Cayenne Pepper sandwich with a side of mac-n-cheese and ice tea. Quite pleased with all of it. Sandwich was well made which right amount of heat and fresh topics, man-n-cheese was creamy and rich, solid Iced Tea. Today was my first visit but it won't be the last. Ate here a second time and tried the Club Chicken Sandwich. I think the quality is pretty good for both but not too the level of Chick-A-Filet. I would rate the food at a 3.25/5.0 stars.
We all loved Slim Chickens. It was our first time. We all though the chicken strips we better than Canes. Wing were great. They had a ton of dipping sauces. We will definitely be back next time in Lincoln. Wish they would have one in Omaha.
This is hands down the best Slim's Chicken in Lincoln! I have had lunch here multiple times over the past 3 years and have never had a negative experience. I just wish the Pine Lake location was as good, since it's closer to me.

The drive-through service is friendly and quick. The chicken is tasty and the fries stay fresh even on the drive home. The prices are a bit high, but still reasonable. They offer a good variety of dipping sauces.
Too bad they're menu is pricey, but I love their chicken and waffles. The dessert jars are incredibly delicious ?
Very unimpressed with the service here. The location by Costco is always great, but this location kinda stinks.
The wings were overcooked and the fries were limp and greasy. I'm not going back.

Lots of good food for the money. Parking: The parking lot is small and narrow.
