Horrible customer service and not sure what 's going on with the cooks! I ordered a hamburger with mushrooms Mayo ketchup and mustard. I got home and noticed it was dry and had no sauce so I called and spoke to a lady who said she was the manager sheinsisted she was the one who made the burger and she had made it correctly so I said I would bring it in and show her myself. Haven 't been here in about 6 years but was craving my favorite burger the sin city burger . Mouth watering, craving, we arrive and nobody knows what it is. The cashier has me remember from 6 years ago what 's on it, and I did, and I had to do a createyour own . It has an egg on it which surprisingly they had on hand so... after 2 burgers, my husband got the new overpricedbrisket burger which was burnt including the bun, 1 fry (that was old), 1 plain tots and a soda it cost $37.05!!! Seriously!!For that?? I realize inflation is a thing but my God! I see why we were thee only customers in there! Guess it 'll be another 6years, if at all!
My order was completely wrong! My fiancé avocado burger was dry, no smash sauce, with 1 pickle, no avocado, no red onions no mayonnaise at all in which I ordered. My burger was dry also! We only ate the burgers because we were really hungry and haven?teaten all day, but I won?t be going back here anymore , if I wanted something as dry as that burger I would?ve eaten paper!
The Smash Fries and Tots are absolutely delicious. The shakes are rich and creamy without becoming foamy as they melt; instead, they turn into a luxurious, silky cold cream. The chicken tenders are juicy and packed with flavor. I've also tried their burgers, and they are exceptional. You can really taste the high-quality ingredients they use.

I ordered groove chicken strips, but instead I received a fried chicken sandwich patty that was cut into three strips. It was overcooked and virtually inedible. Was this really worth $10.00 for strips? Additionally, none of the dipping sauces I requested came with it, and the container of tater tots was less than half full.
Went to the Roseville location a couple weeks ago. It was spotless. Very impressed. The Citrus Heights location was absolutely disgusting. Most tables were dirty, all garbage cans were completely full. Broken boxes with stuff just stored in therestaurant. Will definitely not be returning. It?s worth the drive to Roseville.
The shakes are incredibly delicious, but I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth because they never fill them all the way to the top. After just two sips, I'm already halfway through! It especially bothers me when I don’t have whipped cream on top; they really should fill the shake to the brim.
The fries were cold and rubbery and oily. They were not fresh. The truffle mayo was gross. The lettuce was old and wilted. The avocado spread was a bad choice. It was tasteless. The SMASH TOTS were great.

I came an hour before closing, it's empty, 3 employees and it was about 5 minutes to get my food. Everyone was very polite. Everything was spotless.
I remember when Smashburger burgers were big like gourmet burgers. The flavor is good, but the quality seems to have gone down.
