This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I ordered the two meat and sausage plates, kartoffel salad, and pint beans. We were accompanied by friends visiting from out of state. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed our meals. The atmosphere and decor were wonderful. The staff at the serving line were excellent. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant to our family and friends.
While visiting Texas from Ohio, we stopped by a restaurant in West Columbia for lunch. The crowded parking lot was a promising sign. My wife and I both ordered the special, which was fried fish with two sides and a small portion of bread. I chose coleslaw, baked potato, and added corn to my meal, and it was delicious. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return to this restaurant.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the prices are incredibly high. I can see why they are selling the business - charging $57 for three baked potatoes and adjusting the sizes of their fountain drinks so a medium is now a large and a small is now a medium, yet keeping the prices the same is quite outrageous. I am surprised they have managed to stay open for this long.
The BBQ at this place is amazing, especially the BBQ sauce! The prices are a bit on the higher side, but I understand that it's probably due to the impacts of Covid and shortages. My husband and I will definitely return, the pulled pork sandwich and brisket were delicious! Reserva una mesa ahora
Potatoe salad had to much vinegar in it, the Pepper was overwhelming everything I ordered. The Mac cheese well that was total dry with No cheese sauce mixed in.Not everyone likes so much spice on ones food.Disappointed
Please visit my house so I can show you how to make authentic Texas BBQ. Are you kidding me? This is terrible. There is no seasoning, all it needs is salt and pepper, and there is no smoky flavor. Do not eat here.
The restaurant is mediocre at best. Despite giving them several opportunities, both the food and service have deteriorated over time instead of improving.
