A few weeks ago, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. There was only one employee handling everything, and unfortunately, her attitude was terrible. I placed an order through the app with the expectation of a quick in-and-out visit before work, but things did not go as planned. First, she ignored me, then she claimed that my order wasn't for me. I tried to show her my phone with all the necessary information, but she remained rude and didn't even look at me. Okay, so I go in here almost three or four times a week for something to much on or drink. I’ve ordered a smoothie, and had someone keep it aside for me in a freezer, so it doesn’t melt, or separate, I get that, I understand that. I went there today after ordering a smoothie over 45 minutes prior, and the young girl who took my order made it in front of me… Her excuse was, “We’re not allowed to make them ahead of time…” I work on the street for a busy business, I’d expect a bit more customer service from a place in Summit than that… Then, not even an hour into my smoothie, even on a day over 90 degrees, it hasn’t melted the way it has today within less than 30 minutes… I tried to call custom...
The staff here is very friendly, and the service is quick from the moment you place your order until you receive your smoothie. There are plenty of smoothie options to choose from, and the rewards you can earn through the app are great. Keep in mind that parking is limited to street parking, which can be challenging to find depending on the time of day. The shop also has a nice lounge area for customers to relax in.
I stopped on my way to Springfield NJ to grab a shake, I was not expecting much honesty. But much to my surprise they prepared one of the best Banana shake for me. Truly, exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the lovely staff who understood my needs and accommodated my wants. Thank you

The staff are rude , disinterested and had to be told to wash their hands after mopping the floor and before handling food. Gross
Alexa is outstanding in Service!! And she always helps me with my order. She’s a valuable employee and person.
