The service was atrocious. I order the activator recovery blueberry strawberry smoothie, and not only did it take almost fifteen minutes to make, but the employees were simply inept. They made the smoothie three times and were unable to create the proper consistency. They gave up and resorted to giving me a coupon. Not only was the smoothie terrible but the workers themselves seemed like they had been tweaking off the yerkys. Red sluggish eyes and lagging pupils. Either cross fading less than forty five minutes prior to their shift or doing it in the back between breaks. Either way the service was terribly unprofessional and won't be returning.
Another bad/no customer service at this location. It is always a miss with customer service. No welcome, good morning, how you doing. Takes my order on the mic and then says that’s it. No direction to pull up. I then pull up to the first window and then he ask me again what I wanted. Closes the window and then comes back to to tell me to pull up again. Hands me my smoothie and tells me have a good day. The workers definitely struggle with providing good customer service, paying attention to your order and showing any enthusiasm to work. Maybe the 6:30 am start of their shift is too early for them. Thank goodness the Smoothies are great.
Went in early today. Both employees were polite, nice, and got us out pretty quick. The biggest issue with this site is usually that the app doesn’t work. Can’t order and have to go there and wait. The app is terrible and/or the site can turn off incoming orders if they are busy or short staffed. Not sure which it is but it makes the app less than useless as it also frustrates me to no end.
Waited 45 mins to get to window. Get to window and it takes another 10 mins for someone to take my order. I order a smoothie bowl for them to tell me they don’t have any ingredients for it. Like why wouldn’t you put a sign on the menu or something so that people don’t waste their time! I literally waited almost an hour to leave empty handed. This was horrible.

Smoothie King Corporation needs to review what’s going on here at this store before the reputation and brand damage locally is unrecoverable.
The smoothie I ordered had 3 ingredients in them but it took them 30 minutes plus to prepare. The restroom is also horrid. I saw at least 5 cockroaches in the process of washing my hands. I knew there were better places to get drinks at but my friend recommended this to me and we both left disgusted.
The service was horrible at the momentI ordered 3 smoothies but the person only gave me two of the wrong kind and now I’m stuck here waiting. Also I’m ordered island impact but the person only gave me a “pineapple breeze”. Just terrible. Please do what you can about these two staff working at 5:00
I have gone to this location several times, and I have yet to receive a correctly made smoothie. I only go here because it is on my way home from the gym, but I am willing to drive further to go to a different location

Terrible location. They put a drive-through window right at the corner of the parking lot entrance, and customers are driving/blocking very narrow road in the opposite way. Awful business Awful customers.
