Yikes. I ordered online via Google to pick up my smoothie. I placed the order at 2:35 and arrived at 2:43 to pick up my smoothie. The door was locked. It was 2:40 on a Tuesday and the door was locked. There was no sign on the door, no indication as to why the door was locked. I saw an employee walking past the back opening he looked in my direction but completely ignored that i was unable to get inside. I knocked. I waited another 10 min just to ensure he wouldn’t come to the door once he received my online order. I got a confirmation and was charged for my smoothie which i never was able to receive. I also tried to call the store and it went straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full....
Enjoy coming to this smoothie king. Customer service is good, but I think they could be better at greeting people when they walk in, and have a quicker response time when someone is standing at the counter waiting to order. Overall, very quick turn around on smoothies ordered, and the store is pretty stocked with items on the shelves. The tables are usually pretty clean. Prices are a good value.I ordered the apple kiwi kale smoothie, and love it.However, if you've never been to a Smoothie King, you should know that most of the ingredients are not fresh fruit and vegetables and just powder, which is why it comes out so fast and the smoothies taste so sweet. I visited Smoothie King with my son on March 15, 2024, and we were warmly greeted by Ray and Sarah. They are two of the best employees you've got! They patiently answered all of our questions while we decided on our order. Our smoothies were made incredibly quickly and tasted fantastic! I can't praise Ray and Sarah enough. Please make sure to take care of these two employees. They truly went above and beyond with their outstanding customer service!
Very discriminating servers. Today August 13 at noon time, I had a bad experience with them.Even though we have ordered first, she served all the African-American guys who ordered after me. I was waiting with two kids, and pregnant. No apology or etc. Very rude personnel. I want to reach their store managers.Don't recommend this location. They have to learn how to talk to people first.

Trash service.My friend was waiting for her order with her two kids for 25 minutes. They made all the other African American teenagers order. the server was so discriminative. Not even apologized for it. Very rude African American server girl.Not recommend this place. Their manager needs to work with their workers.
I asked for a pineapple surfer and got something with bananas in it. if you’re out of pineapple just say so you don’t know if anyone’s allergic to or not something like this could be deadly. Come here at your own risk
The smoothies are very good but don't waste time filling out surveys that are sent offering discounts on your next order-it's a scam and they aren't provided.
Second day in a row I tried to get a smoothie here and this placed is closed.. hang written sign on the door sorry we are closed
