If I could give a 0 star I would. After telling the employee what I wanted, she ended up giving me the wrong flavor. I told her that was not the flavor I asked for and she said well they don’t make a kind you wanted. I wanted Vanilla, they gave me banana with nuts which I’m allergic too. Management was very rude. Telling me I was wrong and that she “heard her employee tell me what was in it.” Keep in mind none of the 10 people I went in there with heard her say what was in it bc when I asked for just vanilla she rang it up.
Acai bowl should not be the consistency of a drink. For $14.00 you would hope they would know how to make it. I make acai at home, here it appears they mixed to much almond milk or water to the actual acai and was left with a watered down consistency. It should be almost icy cold and not cool/warm liquid.
Edit: somehow this place has gotten worse. They completed other orders taken AFTER mine. This was after nearly a 20 min. waitStaffing here is a joke. Only one person working in the middle of a Saturday? Do better.
Probably my last trip to Smoothie King. The smoothie was not smooth and was practically tasteless. When I walked inside I noticed flies in the restaurant. I have other options for smoothies closer to home.

Ariana and Angie had amazing coustumer service ! made me feel so welcomed and they really took our time with our orders! our smoothie was the best thing ever!
The store was clean, the fruit was fresh, and the smoothies were delicious and healthy. The staff were very helpful and provided great customer service!
Absolutely terrible service. The girl at the front didn't greet me and messed up my drink by adding so much ice that it filled the cup to the brim.
Super clean store. Fresh delicious smoothies. The Acai bowls are full of flavor healthy. Customer service didn't miss a beat!
