We 've been dining at Sola since the first year they opened. This isn 't the largest of spaces, and the menu is limited in size, but maximized in QUALITY. They always have additional chef specials that not only will knock your socks off, but are truly 'special '. Not every restaurant has the balls to serve kidneys, sweetbreads, lamb hearts, pork skin pasta, rabbit, pork cheeks and other 'rustic ' fare. Owner Tigran knows his wines, just let him choose it. All four of us had delicious dinner entrees with appreciated experienced waitstaff. Wine list is extensive. Sola is a welcome change from the beachy overcrowded restaurants in St Pete Beach. We really enjoyed visiting with each other in a comfortable atmosphere which is what good dining should be. Don't let the strip mall put your off. The restaurant has a nice vibe. Trip advisor ranked #4.

Another wonderful place to come back to again. They have an awesome wine list, although I wish there were more options by the glass. We came just for an appetizer and a glass of wine but hope to come back for dinner in the future. The specials were amazing and the menu is very unique cosmopolitan. We had the lamb rib appetizer which was a special, wonderful.

Loved the cozy entourage, European fusion with delicios food. Went there for my birthday, just so I can have my favorite honeycomb . The waitress was very pleasant and attentive, The chef came out and we had a sweet chat. Great overall experience. Thank you for such hospitality!

Love the flavors and homemade items here. The wine list is great as well not pretentious and overpriced, just solid with some unique choices. The owner is usually there and helps out. The dishes are all fresh and delicious.
