The birria tacos here are simply amazing! I really appreciate this place separating the fat from the consumer. I was in many places that don't. The Consummate was so tasteful I zenjoyed every single drop. I'd change one thing. I would love both sides of the tacos to be crispy. If one side is crispy and the other is not, it will finally fall apart. Depending on how long you hold the Taco. Lol.

Great friendly service and my friends had a few 100 ounces. Tube, the $27 not too bad had a great time!
