The service at this restaurant is excellent, with polite and hardworking servers. The property is always clean. However, the card readers on the menu boxes often seem to be broken and could use an upgrade. Despite this, it is a great place to get a quick bite without leaving your car. In terms of dietary restrictions, they try to accommodate your needs but may sometimes forget and prepare the meal in their usual way. Overall, they are accommodating for the most part.
The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. No one ever answers the phone when I call, even when they aren't busy in the evenings. I waited for 30 minutes and still received no response, despite activating the red button. This happened on 11/3/2023 around 4:00 and I eventually drove off due to the lack of service.
Good food. Always freshly made. And really fast service.Parking: Just need to clean some of them screens they are dirty and really don't want to touch them inside the screen. And need up date them some cards don't work and have to give it to the car hop to pay with the card. Needs update screen.
I love the app! It makes it easy to pick and choose what you want, you go, and punch in the number of your parking spot, they bring it right out!!! Oh, and great drink choices, half off all day on the app. Happy hour just became Happy Day!!!! Reserva una mesa ahora
I used the app to order ahead for convenience and saved time. The employees were friendly and confirmed my order upon delivery. They also thanked me for choosing Sonic.
This place not that good didnt even add real cream to my daughters drink and they never came to see if we were ok.
Very slow response to the call button, at least a 5 minute wait just to place our order.
