As avid milkshake lovers, we were eager to visit Sonic to try their famous shakes. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor customer service. While the young woman at the counter was friendly, a staff member in the back made some rude comments about my order. When I attempted to reorder, I received yet another disrespectful remark from that employee. I requested to speak with a manager, but instead, a young man came out and insisted he hadn’t heard any inappropriate comments. After this experience, I have no plans to return to this location. The drive-thru window is positioned quite high, as if it's designed for lifted pickup trucks, making it awkward for customers in regular cars who have to stretch their arms up, while the staff leans out to assist. Additionally, this location doesn't have POS machines that accept debit or credit card chip or tap payments, which means you'll need to hand your card to the staff for manual entry. This feels quite concerning and insecure. It's better to pay with cash (if you still carry some) or use the app to place your order.
It's been a long time since I was in some Sonic restaurants. I forgot how easy it was to order. Never came out of the vehicle and the service was very fast. And the food was perfect. I like the beats especially with the little nerds in it. I have to go back and order some of the other foods. There were so many things I wanted to try, but I couldn't order everything in just one visit. But this Sonic restaurant had a very good service and the food was perfect. No complaints from me.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Nothing seemed to work properly, and I could barely place an order through the app since they disable that feature to stop you from using promotions or coupons. The young staff members were unprofessional and appeared indifferent to taking my order accurately. I waited 35 minutes for a large sweet tea, but instead, I received a small Diet Coke. Seriously, I recommend avoiding this place!

We both had a great experience with the food. However, he noted that his burger was a bit cold, even though he specifically asked for it without onions. The fries were delicious, and my hot dog was fantastic. I especially loved the frozen grape lemonade and hope to make it myself. The young girl on roller skates was really friendly as well; she came by multiple times to see if everything was to our liking. Thank you once again!
This was our first visit to a Sonic, and I'm not sure if it was just this location or the entire chain. Our order took an incredibly long time to arrive. The burgers, chili dogs, and onion rings were all cold and quite bland. The only thing that was good were the fries. We expected the food to be better and served hot, so we were very disappointed.
I stopped by for lunch today and unfortunately, the burger I ordered didn’t seem fresh. It was clear that the patties had been sitting out for a while. My order took longer to arrive than I anticipated, and both the burger and the tater tots were only lukewarm. I’m giving it 2 stars because it was still edible.
Sonic has always been one of my favorite restaurants. However, it can be quite frustrating to travel such a distance to get to the nearest location. I really wish they would open one in St. Pete!

Sat in the drive through for about 35-40 minutes just to be served cold food. Then on top of that the fries were only filled halfway. I will never spend money here again!!!!
The food is incredibly tasty, particularly the Sonic Blasts! That's really all I need to say about it!
