This has always been one of my favorite restaurants, but my experience today has changed that. I was really looking forward to having a meal and arrived at 2:31. Their website and menus clearly state that they close at 3:00. However, I was informed that on Fridays, they actually close at 2:30, despite what the information suggests. I only wanted a salad, and being 8.5 months pregnant, it was disappointing to see they weren't willing to accommodate me just one minute after closing time. I won’t be returning.
The food here is tasty and reasonably priced, but the upfront payment concept feels a bit unusual for a restaurant. Even more unconventional is the lack of table service: you need to gather your own silverware and napkins, grab a number, and find a table yourself. While someone does bring your food to you, that's pretty much the extent of the service. Additionally, they're only open for about 3-4 hours each day and don’t operate on weekends.
Fantastic venue! I’ve held meetings in the private rooms adjacent to the hotel, which are comfortable and well-kept. I’ve also visited the bar, which has a standard setup. The pizza I tried was very tasty. However, they definitely need to increase the number of accessible parking spots. I would give them an extra star if they improved the handicap parking availability.
I visited Spazio Westport for a business lunch and found the atmosphere comfortable, with technology that met our needs. The food was delicious, and although our server was somewhat quiet, they managed our special requests and minor issues professionally. I would gladly return in the future.

The food was exceptional, and the staff were very welcoming. I attended an event at this venue and would definitely consider hosting one there in the future.
