How could Spice 14 improve, you ask? Try sending the mains your customer ordered, instead of getting 3 out of the 4 orders wrong, yet still charging them the higher price of the original order. When the customer rings to complain, I suggest you are polite and apologetic and offer to send the right order asap. Instead Sayeed was rude, argumentative and aggressive, as was the manager when the customer spoke to him. Not good enough, Spice 14!
