Ben was extremely helpful, and the service was good. While not all our meals arrived at the same time and some of the steaks were inconsistently cooked to medium rare, everyone at our table of ten enjoyed their food. We're all sad to hear that the restaurant will be closing later this month, as we've always appreciated the food and variety offered. We wish them the best in the future.
I have been a regular at FTL for some time now and I highly recommend it. The staff is extremely friendly and always goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
We were seated as we had requested on comfortable cushioned chairs. The staff was polite and attentive. Our food arrived quickly and was prepared exactly as we asked.
