This restaurant despite having good food has horrible customer service. They do not know how to follow order instructions and I honestly don't think they care one way or the other. The delivery service is terrible. The delivery people or person is slow and they don't ring the door bell when they arrive. They just leave your food outside to get cold or maybe even taken. I will never order from them ever again nor will I recommend any of my friends, family, or co workers to frequent their establishment. They clearly do not care about their customers. Don't buy food in this place. They false advertise in the menu. I ordered beef with snow peas, the most expensive item in the menu. They gave me beef with green beans instead. No refund was offered. They wanted me to take the dish fir them rake a look.They knew what the have done. Never again for me. I will notify rhe BBB as well. Hopefully they inv eww investigate thisbusiness.
The reviews are extremely deceiving. It seems like people do not understand what authentic Chinese cuisine should taste like. The sauces lack the tangy and flavorful taste that they should have, instead being overly salty. Additionally, I have never encountered dark meat inside dumplings before. The rice has an odd shape and texture. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The first thing i noticed is they keep the front door open all day and night. .Flies all over. I put a piece of chicken in a cup next to counter. I noticed it 2 days later. I'm telling you it smelled like a dead rat. Hint hint.
Lunch Combination special (shrimp with garlic sauce and beef rice) was delicious! Liked how the food tasted way better than my closest Chinese restaurant. Will definitely come back!
