The mixed grain tabouli again looked tempting, but I remember from last time that I didn’t like the mint in it. Instead I went for the wild rice with almonds and raisins, and it was surprisingly tasty. The dahl added a nice salty touch to counter the sweetness of the other ingredients I added. Having both pumpkin and sweet potato was probably sweetness overkill, but I didn’t know what else to put in my custom-made spud. I actually went without one of the six toppings that was included in the price; maybe I should have asked for a double helping of rice.
This restaurant has been a lifesaver for me. I never knew where I could eat along Glenferrie Road when I was studying at the nearby university. Almost every other place I had tried posed a risk of contamination. However, Spudbar is a 100% gluten-free option, from their spuds to their salads, and even their chocolate brownies. Thankfully, it is a franchise with multiple locations, making it my go-to spot for a quick meal whether I was on campus or in the city.
The service here is absolutely amazing the guy is so nice and caters to what you like so pleasantly. I don’t often leave reviews but this place is a must to visit even for the service alone. And the food is definitely something you will crave got the meat lovers and bolognese and asked to make it a bit spicy amazing!!
This restaurant is one of my top choices as a celiac because everything is gluten-free, even their brownies! Your main options here are baked potatoes and salad, but they are fast, delicious, and affordable. Just a heads up, there are multiple locations in Melbourne.

Spud Bar Glenferrie offers a cozy ambience and affordable meals. They have a range of healthy meals with various topping and create-your-own salads. I had bacon and cheese with a mix of potato and sweet potato. Totally recommended!
Always a good spud at 'the bar '. Staff very friendly and professional. On top of the awesome and delicious options. The place has a fire place. What more could you want!

Yummy potatoes!. Sweet potatoes are so gooooood! Chilli bean and salsa, slow cooked lamb and pulled pork are my favs!
