This place has delicious pretzels and a friendly staff, which is great, but that’s usually not enough for me to write a review. My friend and I approached the counter to decide how many pretzels to buy. We settled on 10, but the cashier offered us 15 for the price of 10. We happily accepted this fantastic deal and paid. However, when we left the store, we realized that we had actually received 20 pretzels instead of the 15 we expected. I called the Pretzel Factory 15 minutes before closing. I said I bought Brezels for the members of the meeting, and I would arrive before the end of the time. Unfortunately, I arrived after closing. The door was locked. I knocked the door. A warm young man unlocked the door. The pulps were packed and finished. Although 3 young people did not leave in time, they were welcoming and helpful. The staff at this restaurant are fantastic—always friendly and very helpful. The location is clean and well-lit. The pastries are made right in view of the storefront, and they smell and look incredible when they come out of the oven. On my last visit, the staff kindly unlocked the door for me after closing time. I purchased 20 hot rolls, and they filled the bag generously. It was such a treat to share with my family at home!
I always receive excellent service at this restaurant, and the staff is incredibly friendly! The fresh pretzels are delicious, and they kindly reminded me when I forgot to order the letter-shaped ones. Even though they had just cleaned the machine, they ran a batch just for me. I highly recommend this place!

I had a bad experience when I first came here, but decided to give him another attempt because I wanted REALLY a soft pulp. I am so happy that I did this because the tents are amazing and the person who works today was so great, very upbeat and friendly. You want to go on, just for the service.
This place is great. I needed a platter last minute on a Saturday called them and they were able to get one together in less than hour even though they were closing soon. The pretzels and dipping sauces are delicious.

This place is the best. They've made adorable butterfly-shaped pretzels for our preschool class for years! Always friendly and helpful, and the price is great.

We ordered 100 Bretzel Nuggets, and I was impressed by how quickly they put my order together. The pretzels were fantastic, and the service was excellent!
They are always trying new mixed. Pizza pretends with Mariana sauce now.
