Our daughter's baby shower on March 10th, 2024, at St. Eve's restaurant was an absolute dream come true. From the very beginning, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was having the entire restaurant to ourselves. It created an intimate atmosphere perfect for a baby shower celebration. The ambiance of St. Eve's added a touch of sophistication to the event. Annick, the manager, was a gem! Her gracious demeanor and helpful suggestions were invaluable throughout the planning process. From making reservations to arriving there we were not feeling good due to this female with a THICK ACCENT. She is rude, abrupt, and loves to throw her sense of power around. She is a restaurant manager or related to the owner. She would not give us any information. She is pretty sure that her rash rudeness and lack of hospitality is ACCEPTABLE to paying guests. We were definitely turned off by her presence and behaviors. Too bad the owner is losing business because of this MISERABLE woman who SHOULD NOT BE in the service industry. Staff seems to hate her and so do patrons. Owner should really look to REPLACE her as she is doing TREMDOUS DAMAGE TO his business. Too many young people working...

Haven't dined here in almost ten years and it's still darned good. Compact menu, but enough variety for everyone. Comfortable seating and a bit noisy, but it was a Saturday night. Service overall is good, and the food is deliciously prepared. The short rib special was a delight for one of our party.One service problem that couldn't be dealt with there.......ordered a swordfish special and asked if there was any crab base to it (the main menu swordfish is done with a crab base). Great tasting dinner and good service. A surprise find on our trip to visit our old home town. The perfect spot for dinner when in the Ho-Ho-Kus area. Very impressed. The special was soft shell crab. It was perfect. Best wait staff I've seen at any restaurant. Very attentive, and available. They know their craft. BYOB! There is a liquor store next door.

We had a wonderful Friendsgiving here this evening. The food, ambiance and service was excellent!! Must tries are the short ribs, duck and lobster ravioli! HiGHLY recommend! We can’t wait to go back!
