St Leonards Pizza and Pasta

Pleasantly surprised- living in Melbourne for years, I had my favourite pizza places. Since moving to st Leonard's, I had avoided this place due to poor reviews. After a long day at work and time pressures, we decided to give it a go for a last minute take away. Nothing wrong with this and price is on par with anywhere from Geelong to Melbourne! Previous review must be getting $5 special from dominos if they think this place was overpriced. We had take away pizza, staff were friendly and very prompt service- pizzas were ready right on time. We will definitely head back for take away and dining in

What a terrible experience. Twice. First time was eat in. 40 mins waiting time time for a pizza that was pretty ordinary when it came. 2 nd time we phone ordered. Were told pizza would be about 1/2 an hour. At 1 hr 40 mins and the third call we cancelled the order as it hadn't arrived. We were told it would only be anther 20 mins as it had just gone into the oven. That was the second time we were told that.

First visit on Friday night for a take-away Pizza and l was delighted to say .... EXCELLENT. Asked for thin crusted and got it, toppings generous and yummy (chose the chicken pizza). Staff were super. Do l recommend it A.b.s.o.l.u.t.e.l.y.Ps the place looked inviting and very clean.

The gourmet pizzas are fantastic value. The toppings are generous and good quality ingredients. The non-gourmet pizzas are very good value as well. We prefer the gourmet.

Not sure if they are new owners or not, but the pizzas is awesome and the staff friendly.
