To order from Starbucks, you initially wait on the right side of the road, but you have to switch to the left side to reach the order kiosk. Conversely, ATM users begin their line on the left but must move over to the right to exit, leading to a lot of confusion as the lines intersect. Since I’m not familiar with the Glen Cove area, I found this particularly challenging, especially as I had never encountered a drive-thru Starbucks that didn’t have its own separate entrance. I waited 40 minutes for my food! Seriously?! I overheard the staff saying it takes a while to heat up the food, which I can understand. But 40 minutes for egg bites? By the time they were ready, they didn’t even call out our name. I had to check six times to see if our order was ready, and finally, it was just sitting there. This used to be my go-to Starbucks because of its location, and I was usually okay with delays when the place was busy. But 40 MINUTES is unacceptable. They did ask us about our drinks, but by the time we got our food, we were almost finished with them. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I probably won’t be returning.

Always friendly. The Glen Cove Avenue Store in Glen Cove/Seacliff had set up a very beautiful POW MIA table to honor service men and service women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and was very touched by him on the commemorative day

Similar to any Starbucks, the lines can be quite long. I usually place my order ahead of time and then go in to pick it up. It would be amazing if this location had a more cohesive atmosphere!
