Absolutely awful service! I encountered two employees, Kris and Prince, who clearly need training in customer service. After telling me they were out of lemonade, one of them just turned around and walked away while I was on a phone call. Kris stared at me for two minutes without acknowledging that I was waiting to place an order. Then Prince came over and shouted for anyone who needed to order to step forward. I stepped forward, and as soon as I was one foot away, Kris took my order but was curt, rude, and condescending. Honestly, the Dunkin' Donuts down the street offers much better service.
Terrible service! I dealt with two employees Kris and Prince who need to attend customer service 101. Re: Delivery order: (A) A few weeks ago, I ordered two coffees, one with milk and one with almond milk. Got two coffees, but NEITHER CUP WAS LABELLED (except with my name and 1cup out of two, etc). (B) Last week I ordered coffees and a blueberry scone and banana nut bread. NO SCONE WAS DELIVERED. (C) This week, I ordered 2 coffees, one with milk and one with almond milk. GOT TWO WITH MILK. Last two times, I tried calling the store non stop, but no one ever answers! Ever! What’s up with that? I am frustrated!
If I could give 0 stars I would, this location just has the worse baristas. Not very welcoming and the drinks are not that good. I?ve given this location enough tries and I will never come back. Very unprofessional and lack proper customer service skills. If you don?t want to work there find another job. Simple! I don?t care who from this location responds to my review but this is the truth! Train your employees or take careful consideration during the hiring process!

Ordered on Uber Eats and they do not package anything properly. The driver dropped everything because they packaged 2 iced drinks into a brown paper bag. OF COURSE ITS GOING TO RIP! SMH. They took forever to even prepare 2 drinks. Will never again be ordering from them again.
I bought a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it was completely disgusting. They didn't put any ribbon crunch and the drink tasted sour. When I asked them to remake it she gave me a big attitude and sighed and then it took her 20 minutes to make it.
The cashier was incredibly friendly. Since I don't visit Starbucks often, I went in to buy two drinks for my child's teachers. She was fantastic, and I just wish I could remember her name.
This cup of soy milk is off; the bottom is filled with clumps of soy milk. When I asked the staff about it before, they mentioned that it looks like this even when it’s not broken.

Clean, and newly renovated. Super friendly staff! The drinks are delicious and taste soo good! I drink Starbucks and I can personally tell you the baristas and on point!
Love them, but hope they unionize… this year. Otherwise may have to find another place :
