This Starbucks is located in the worst location possible for the flow of traffic. I can't really rate the food/drink because the number of times I've actually ordered is severely lower than the number of times I've left the line to go elsewhere. The end of the line is always wrapped around the building to the entrance, blocking the flow of traffic coming into the shopping center, and if you decide to leave the line halfway through your long wait, good luck getting out through the passing lane because there is not enough room and you will most definitely have to wait anyway for the line to move so you can get through to get out. Starbucks is great. I do wish they would keep their prices down though. As far as the employees and their service it’s always excellent. The Northvale Starbucks is set up very comfortably. I do like that each Starbucks seems to be designed individually. Nyack is closest to my home so that’s where I go the most. I’m not exactly sure which Starbucks they want me to talk about due going to different stores but both have great service. To the guys at the top I would say maybe some more offers geared directly at what the patrons purchase on the app. I go for the nonfat latte most times so offer’s geared towards that drink would be more valuable to me. ?
Took them 20 minutes to prepare 2 drinks and 1 muffin. I came in wasn’t that busy and they haven’t even started my order. I didn’t mind waiting. Only one of the girls was on top of everyone asking about my order. One of the drinks I got didn’t even taste good. Just tasted like pure water… other customers that were just coming in were leaving before me. Other than that staff were friendly but some were really distracted.
Great coffee shop. As most folks will tell you, the coffee drinks are on the expensive side. As always, the coffee was delicious. The drive- in can be long at times due to its road configuration.Parking: Parking can be difficult when the drive-in is busy. The drive-in gets backed up which makes it difficult to back out of your space.

I rarely feel the need to review chain locations but the baristas at this Starbucks are ALWAYS so kind and friendly, even when it's super busy. The location is always clean and the service is fast.
The older woman working the drive-thru had an attitude problem after incorrectly preparing my order. Although she corrected it, her demeanor could have been much more pleasant!
I was gifted a card because of the small wait, which I thought was very kind. The pumpkin foam cold brew was also very delicious.
The service could be quicker; it seemed like they forgot my order until I inquired about it.
