Additionally, it would be great if management focused more on training their staff to properly put lids on cups and hand them to customers, so we don’t have to grab them by the lid that isn't secured. This morning, I ended up spilling half of my hot chai latte all over myself and my car. If I were driving my pickup, it wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I was in a rare and expensive GT500 with an electronic shifter. While I can clean the seats and carpets, the shifter is a different story.
In any case, I ended up tossing both coffees, canceling my Starbucks card, and I don't plan on returning to this or any other Starbucks again. I can find coffee elsewhere.
I was not acknowledged at all during my visit. No one mentioned that they'd be with me shortly; only one staff member glanced my way, without a smile, and then turned away. There were four employees working, no other customers ahead of me, and while the drive-thru was steady, it wasn’t crowded. The girl at the register was counting change but never looked up to offer even a simple smile. I waited uncomfortably for several minutes before deciding to leave. I won't be returning. What were they thinking? There are plenty of other places to get coffee besides Starbucks; it no longer feels special.
this is the fourth time I have ordered a frapp and its pure runny liquid. I would order an ice coffee if thats what I wanted. it is literally the consistency of an ice coffee. even the whipped cream is melted. Its like they made it and set it on the counter for 30 minutes then gave it to the customer. It use to not be like this.
Starbucks quality can be iffy depending on what store you visit. Pelham, Inverness and Cahaba Heights consistently produce high quality drinks. We get the caramel Frappuccino and the mocha crunch Frappuccino. All three stores craft a sweet, tasty drink. We'll drive past other stores to go to one of these three.

This is a great Starbucks! I have never had a mistake on any order, and I go at least 3 times a week. They have learned who I am, and sometimes, they will tell me my order even before I DO order! Friendly, clean, very professional. Great business to frequent!
I recommend staying away from ordering drinks inside, as the service is quite slow and it appears that two different people are handling the drinks. However, the drive-thru is incredibly efficient, so it's best to stick with that option for quicker service.
I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff did an excellent job preparing it. I also had a vanilla bean frappuccino with white mocha and added strawberry, which was fantastic!
This store cheats you all the time- buy a venti drink and they give you grande ounces in a venti cup . Love Starbucks but this store does not live up to the quality standards set by Starbucks.

Blueberry muffins are AWESOME! They have the drive-thru down to a quick process! The sausage,egg and cheese sandwich is great. Also their fresh avocado spread is very refreshing!!
Fantastic service! The staff is amazing! I visit this place a few times each month, and the coffee and food are consistently delicious.
