Came here the other day and the store was an absolute mess. Employees were rude, and they didn’t take ownership for anything. Just kept blaming the fact that most their staff quit makes you wonder how their management treated them. I’ve heard horror stories from some of their recent ex-employees and I wouldn’t even let my daughter work here because of what they said) Their oven still isn’t working, they seem very disorganized, and like they have no clue what they are doing. Our order was fine and delivered to us quickly. I would have rated five stars except some of the staff were quite rude and just had an attitude problem in general. We are very friendly people and not difficult to get along with. We all have bad days but you shouldn't let it affect the way you greet a customer. I would recommend if at all possible for the management to turn the music down because with the plexiglass between us at the counter, it's very hard to hear each other and that exacerbates the negative mood behind the counter.
Well I don't know who wrote the 4 and 5 star reviews, but any review where the give someones first name and say how great they are I have to guess is themselves or a relative giving the review. I have observed this starbucks and the facts are it does not open consistently at the times it states and now there is no food in the case. How can you run a business like that. I thought maybe they were going out of business. Anyway you can see for yourself, don't take my word for it!
This restaurant is the worst. They open whenever they feel like it, never on time. They are always out of food. I tried to order a venti coffee and they didn't even have venti cups. How do you run out of supplies that are essential to keeping your store open? I am extremely disappointed with this Starbucks and will not be returning.

These people love trans people almost as much as I love a large hot english breakfast tea with steamed whole milk. Wow! One of the best Starbucks location in these United States of America. This Starbucks location is the best in the area! Kayte consistently delivers excellent service and gives great recommendations. I plan on visiting this Starbucks regularly in the future.

I absolutely adore this Starbucks branch! The staff is incredibly friendly and my coffee always turns out perfectly.
