I placed a pickup order through the app and arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time. When I got there, I was told they were still finishing my order, so I had to wait for several more minutes. In total, I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes longer than anticipated from when I placed the order. I ordered my usual vanilla bean crème frappuccino, while my daughter chose the pumpkin spice frappuccino. Unfortunately, both drinks were rather watery, and my vanilla bean lacked flavor. This was my first time visiting this location, and I left feeling quite disappointed.
The young barista, dressed in a black romper and a headscarf with glasses, made an error while preparing my drink around 2:30. It could have been a misunderstanding, but her response was quite rude, and she began slamming items down when I mentioned the mistake. I frequent this establishment and intend to continue doing so, but it really doesn't make sense to serve a hot drink in a cold cup. I'm just suggesting that perhaps she isn’t ideally suited for a high-volume customer service role.
This was probably the most bland and least comfortable Starbucks I've ever been to. Although I enjoyed my drink, it sat on the counter for a long time without anyone calling out names. When I approached the young woman behind the counter to inquire about my order, it seemed like she either didn’t see me standing there or simply didn’t care, as she never responded. Unlike the cozy and welcoming atmosphere I usually expect from Starbucks, this location felt stale and uninviting.
It felt like no one was working together, and everyone was just doing their own thing. The trash bins were overflowing, and the area where the cold drinks were prepared had trash and food scattered on the floor. My caramel crunch frappe appeared as if it had been thrown into the cup after blending. When my name was called, the clerk just walked away from the counter. This is not the experience I remember from Starbucks, and it seemed like there was a lack of care.

Vegetarians will discover an extensive selection of dishes, all freshly prepared to meet various dietary requirements. Parking is easy, with plenty of spaces surrounding the building. The restaurant is also very family-friendly, providing high chairs for children and accessible for wheelchair users, complete with ramps and easy-to-open doors. Overall, it offers a fantastic dining experience!
I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and a turkey basil pesto panini, and both were absolutely delicious! However, what I enjoyed the most was chatting with Rose at the drive-thru. From the moment I placed my order to when I got to the window, everyone was so friendly and really brightened my day! Thank you—if you ever see this!
What a fantastic coffee shop! I don’t mind paying $6.81 for a quality cup of coffee, but it would be nice to hear a simple "thank you."
The refreshers are quite delightful, and I also had a breakfast sandwich that was absolutely delicious.

I ordered an egg sandwich and a hot chai tea latte. The service was fast, and the restaurant was tidy.
We had a wonderful and efficient experience. The staff was extremely courteous and eager to assist.
