I used to love this restaurant because of the excellent staff and service. However, ever since they hired new staff, I have encountered numerous issues when ordering drinks that are not on the menu. Sometimes the staff can be sassy or rude, even when it's not busy, and they seem to lack knowledge about the menu. I have had to send back drinks multiple times due to incorrect proportions. Overall, the service feels rushed and uncaring. It's quite sad because this used to be my favorite place, but now I dread coming in.
Have you ever seen the Yelp 2-star "meh (could've been better)" review? Just place this Starbucks image right next to the definition of "star". Starbucks usually offers a solid coffee franchise experience, but lacking energy and positive barista vibes have led to a 2-star rating. It's just meh.
Staff moved so slow with a massive line I thought I was on a prank show… then they walk up to me with the wrong drink and when I say it’s wrong they were like “nah this right you’re wrong”
I visited my local coffee shop today and met some of the new staff. Mike made me a fantastic Americano that really impressed me. Thank you, guys!

The service at this particular Starbucks is absolutely amazing. Fast, smart and respectful. If your in the area, this is the Starbucks to hit!
