A new employee was being trained without much supervision as he struggled to prepare my drink. The two other women working there hardly paid attention to him, only stepping in when he clearly stated he didn't know what to do. On-the-job training is typically meant to be hands-on, rather than just watching videos or similar methods. What do companies expect will happen when they throw someone into a job without proper training? Likely zero employee retention. High turnover is an issue? Just look at the work culture.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks in Sacramento County! The staff are fantastic; they remember customers by name and know their drink orders perfectly. You can truly sense their genuine care for customers in the exceptional service they provide. The drinks are always skillfully made and taste delicious! The store is clean and well-maintained. It can get busy at times, so if you're in a rush, I recommend using mobile ordering.

Ryan is one of the best Starbucks employees I've ever encountered! They were extremely friendly and had our coffees ready in no time. I was really impressed by how well they managed to have a pleasant conversation while working efficiently. I don’t usually write reviews, but when I do take the time to share my thoughts, I really mean it!

My wife isn't very experienced with ordering from places like this, but she clearly described how she wanted her meal to taste, and they executed it perfectly.
