The service at this restaurant is terrible. I went to use the restroom with my sister before ordering drinks, and the supervisor knocked on the door multiple times without saying anything. When I asked her to stop, she threatened to kick me out and refused to take my order. She mocked me when I pointed out that there was no sign limiting the number of people in the restroom at once. She then told me I was no longer welcome, despite being a regular customer for years. I felt embarrassed by her behavior in front of other patrons. When I asked to speak to the manager, she ignored me. I have contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction with the supervisor who was working on April 1, 2022...
On some days, my coffee is perfect, but other days it is like a cup of milk, just like today. I ordered 4-5 shots of espresso to try to make it less milky. Unfortunately, the app doesn't allow for adding the amount of milk to the coffee, but even so, it shouldn't look like there are 4-5 shots of espresso in it. It makes me question if they actually put in 4-5 shots, or only 1-2 and charge extra for the rest. I don't enjoy paying almost $8 for a cup of milky coffee.
I used to come here almost every day after school, and over the last year it has just gone immensely downhill. My order has been messed up every single time I've gone, even if I confirm it with them twice beforehand. The wait is also outrageous, and the staff is disrespectful and poorly trained. Much better off going to the Starbucks on Rt 17 near there, at least you'll get what you order.
I was in many dieucks all over the world and many were great, but nothing better than that. I was with someone who has special nutritional requirements and betsaida took the time to explain and comfortable with the selected items. I was very impressed by the level of service and professionalism. and of course the delicious well made drinks. in any case will be back! thank you begsaida!

This was one of the worst experiences at a Starbucks. The employee by the name of James was prioritizing other orders other then mine. I waited for 40 minutes because James didn’t want to do my 5 drinks. I work in this industry and this can’t be tolerated. Employee with the worst attitude goes to james. Never again
This places is filled with inconsiderate staff, they'll have you waiting for 40 minutes plus after you asked them four different times for your order then give you attitude, when you talk to them and not accept attitude back, shouldn't have 13 years old running this place. Lol do better :
Lucky for you, I can’t give this location 0 stars because after the firing of the best employee you had there one star is too kind. Management needs to be managed a lot better. What an absolute horrible decision by that team
The seating is only for drive-through, which I find inconvenient. The staff can be polite at times, but they are slow and not always attentive to orders.
