I was in there on the 15th in the afternoon. I chose to go inside because the drive thru was very busy. Never again, what a disappointment. I stood at the front of the line, (there was nobody else in the line) for 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. In the meantime I'm listening to the staff chat about their personal lifes and laughing while I'm directly in front of them and not even so much as eye contact. Then when I order, I waited 15 minutes before the girl even began making my order. People in the drive thru who ordered well after I did, she kept making their drinks while I just stood there. After a long, exhausting day at work, it was such a breath of fresh air to unwind at this Starbucks. I tried a competing coffee shop in town yesterday, and the contrast is incredible. I really appreciate the clean, bright, and modern atmosphere, along with a variety of food and drink options and an extremely friendly staff. Even the restroom was impressively clean and tidy (well, for a public restroom), featuring sleek Dyson airblades for drying hands. As a fellow partner i’m very disappointed at this location. Ordered an iced caramel macchiato with a LINED CUP and EXTRA DRIZZLE and received neither despite paying for it! I know very well the baristas weren’t too busy to read the ticket properly at 10am on a tuesday in a small farm town. This is not how we are trained! Do better! I would never hand this drink off to somebody and think it’s acceptable.On a positive note, always clean inside.

Ordered on app 10 mins away from store. I had to wait 6 mins at the drive thru window till they handed it to me. Store was not busy at the time.Full disclosure I do not drink or like Starbucks products as the coffee I find too bitter as they do not clean their grinders and you can see the oil build up from coffee. i usually order mocha cookie crumble frapp at starbucks but this time it didnt look like what i order. it usually comes with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and some toppings but it just has the whipped cream on top.

The staff are always super patient and kind. Today was a rough day but I saw when I opened my drink that there was extra whipped cream and I really really appreciated it, it made my day. Thank you, keep it up guys.

Clean store with lots of seating. Friendly and efficient staff that make sure your order is perfect. Community table, lots of light, charging ports available. Also has a ‘take a book,leave a book’ shelf.

I visited the drive-thru today at approximately 9: 30am. I had the friendliest stuff, my coffee was made perfect and in a timely manner.
