I tried giving this location soo many chances but I am over it. First of all, every time I ordered it took absolutely forever to come out. One time the starbucks was empty and I still waited 20 minutes for two very simple drinks. The wait isnt even worth it because 9/10 times my drink just tastes bad, watered down and just not right. Im not one to complain and write reviews but everytime I come here and spend my money I leave so disappointed. If I were you Id avoid this location and just go anywhere else.
The food was decent, but it seemed like the staff were consistently in a bad mood. I've visited a few times, and they've always come across as snarky. I'm not sure if it's due to low pay or if there's some prejudice against plus-sized individuals. Additionally, there were some protesters suggesting a boycott, which added to the negative atmosphere. Overall, it definitely impacted my experience.

Hello, the music volume and drinks were decent, but the customer service was quite unfriendly. This was my first and last visit. I'm a regular at other Starbucks locations, and I only ordered water this time. I feel like I wasted my money.

I usually walk in to purchase a cup of coffee and employees are always in a bad mood. Not the Starbucks experience I'm used to. Coffee is good as usual.
Love this location I stop by every morning and my order is always ready and when it’s not they are friendly about not having and getting it to
14 minutes in the drive thru!! As a partner myself this is probably the worst store for times. Truly insane y’all need to get better.
How is the lobby going to close at 2 pm on a Sunday ?
