The Carmel Machiato always gets my day started in the right direction. I don't visit often, but I know when I want good service and a good drink, Starbucks will not let me down. Even when they are busy, they will always give you a smile!

I try to avoid this location for mobile app orders. The staff are friendly but the orders are consistently wrong for customizations. And they consistently underfill the cup compared to other locations.

I go to this Starbucks frequently. My order is usually on point expect the last few times. I'm not sure what has change but I really hope it gets better.
