Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

I went thru the drive thru and was specific about my order. 12 oz breve latte no foam, with six raw sugars. I pay with my Debit card and tell the cashier that I do not tip on drive thru. He reassures me that no tip was taken and gives me the receipt. I taste the latte, and there is much foam. They give me the new one and I go on my way only to discover that there is much foam. I take it back and speak with the manager, he gives me reasons as to why they can not separate the foam. I point out to him that all Starbucks use this really big spoon to hold back the foam. The barista makes me a new one and sure enough she used the really big spoon to hold back the foam. I put the six raw sugars in...

I stop at this Starbucks on my way into work most days at the hospital next to this store during my work week and I have to say I have never had such friendly service and great care from a Starbucks before. All the staff here are absolutely fantastic. One person in particular is a gentleman named Gary who works the drive thru window is probably my favorite person and a great human being. I really hope management sees this review because more people should be like Gary. He is a kind person and if we all replicated the qualities of people like him and the other people that work at this location we would have a better world. There's a reason I come to this store and it's the team there.

Today I met a friend for coffee and lunch at Normandy Park Starbucks. Alex B was so friendly, easily placed our order and were quickly sitting outside in sunshine, enjoying the beautiful day. This is one of my favorite Starbucks!

They found out it was my son's birthday and gave him a free cake pop and wrote Happy Birthday on the bag for him! We didn't expect that. They were so thoughtful and sweet to us. I love this location and go there all the time! Reserva una mesa ahora

Good coffee, service and you can get a quick bite to eat. The place is clean and comfortable. Ebru is an excellent employee who treats you like a guest in her home. She's a great people person full of smiles.

I like Starbucks but they need to develop a new delivery system. It takes too long to buy any thing. It discourages a person from doing business with them. You are. Actually angry when you receive your order.

I love it here but they take forever and I wish corporate would help the management put better training and process in place. They are just so slow. Toasting a bagel took 14 minutes.

It took really long just to get a drip coffee and banana loaf and my drink size was the wrong size. One of the workers was super rude and was not helpful when I asked for help. Reserva una mesa ahora

Lovely people that work here always so pleasant!got to have patience!!! I pass through once in a while on my way too work!! Keep up the goid work korina and crew!!

Nice and clean place. They have friendly and efficient baristas.
