I was really looking forward to my blueberry oatmeal and chai tea, but unfortunately, the oatmeal had no blueberries in it. The chai tea also seemed to be missing some of its typical spices. When I requested brown sugar, I received regular sugar instead. To make matters worse, the sugar packets were sticky, as if they had been opened and not cleaned up properly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I've been coming here for years, and today confirmed that this is truly one of the best Starbucks locations in Cypress, TX. The atmosphere is fantastic, with positive energy, spotless tables, friendly staff, and accurate orders. Most importantly, they keep the line moving quickly! It's definitely worth stopping by to come inside and unwind. Thanks, Tommy—keep up the great work!
The location is excellent! The drive-thru service is fast, and the staff are friendly. Additionally, there's outdoor seating available. The interior features a stylish, modern decor, creating a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere. The only drawback is the parking, which can often be quite crowded.

The staff at this restaurant are always incredibly friendly, and their warm attitude never fails to brighten my day, especially when I'm feeling tired in the morning. This place is definitely my favorite, largely thanks to the outstanding service from the team.
This Starbucks has won me over. The service is excellent. I used the drive-thru, and the entire process took under a minute. Whether you're stopping by briefly or planning to hang out, this is the spot. And I don’t even drink coffee!
The staff here are always so friendly, it brings a smile to my face when I?m so tired in the mornings. This is by far my favorite location to go to, simply because of the workers (the drive through workers in particular!

I have a specific drink order, they either add so much ice or barely any or foam to the point where my cup is half full. Dissatisfied and disappointed would not recommend this Starbucks .
