"I don't know what she expects, I'm not a magician." This was said in reference to the person burning their own shots of coffee on January 7th at 9:40 am. The individual was extremely incompetent at making coffees, and I couldn't help but feel sorry for them. I have years of experience working at Starbucks and making iced mochas is not difficult. It was clear that the supervisors or managers did not care about the situation. While the store itself looked great and had some friendly staff, the ginger-haired girl lacked the skills to make drinks properly. The staff at this store need a raise! One of us on our most recent visit spilled his drink, it went everywhere we informed the staff and clears it up the best we could. Within a minute they were over with a wet floor sign, and a replacement drink! It was our fault it spilled and they remembered what we ordered and replaced the drink told us not to worry and they would clean it up. They were so friendly and helpful and just showed what good customer service really is.
Nice little Starbucks. A little bit of a wait to get served as the staff members were busy chatting to each other even though they saw me waiting. Could have done with a tidy up. For the three staff members on and chatting, someone could have whizzed round and cleaned up.
Clearly to get served you need to be in drive thru. In store customers don't get served as drive thru takes priority. No wonder people go to Costa.

I recently started going to this restaurant. It's perfect for a delicious snack, coffee, and on a nice day, it's great for sitting outside.
Very clean and hygenic, tables all clean and tidy and professional, very friendly staff. Unfortunately no outside seated area.
Twice in the past week I have been served at the drive through by the lovely Chris. Such a friendly, smiling, genuine guy!
The restaurant has been without WiFi for a few months, so I decided to switch to the Starbucks in Linwood.
