Date of dining 11.07.23 I’ve been here a couple of times and I have to admit I’m not a fan, I’ve always found the food to be tasteless. However I had an all4one voucher given to me by my employer, we chose to give wagamamas another try as it had been a couple of years since we’d visited in the past. We went to the restaurant with a group of four and were greeted warmly and seated at a table. Jax took care of us and provided us with both the food and drink menus. We ordered a combination of side dishes and a main course. I decided to try something new, the Hot Pot Beef Teriyaki, along with some prawn rolls. The sides we ordered included Cauliflower, Beans/Broccoli, and sliced mushrooms. I usually don't like mushrooms, but these were surprisingly delicious. Waited to get sat down. Restaurant did not look at capacity, so confused as to why there was a queue outside. We were then sat somewhere where the sun was directly in our faces. We ordered our food, then asked to move because the sun was in our face. We were told we could, but because we'd ordered our food already, it might go to someone else who sat in our current seat. We decided to stay put. Our food arrived and not once did someone ask if the food was ok. The meal was not up to the usual standard and our ramen broth was watery compared to usual. We had a busy Valentine's Day dinner at this restaurant, but the customer service was fantastic and the focus on us was superb. The food was especially delicious, particularly the Pad Thai and the ginger-infused white chocolate cheesecake, which is one of our favorites. We would like to give a special shoutout to Eesha, who made sure we had the best possible experience throughout the evening. She truly enhanced our already very enjoyable dinner experience!
I had a fantastic experience at Wagamama Lincoln. The staff did an excellent job managing the busy restaurant, ensuring a quick turnover of tables. The service was top-notch, with a warm welcome, prompt order-taking, and swift delivery of drinks. Despite the crowded atmosphere, the staff took the time to interact with our granddaughter and were attentive to our needs. The food, as usual, was exceptional.
Food was delicious although part of it never turned up so had to chase for that after I had finished the main meal. Bit of a shame. Beer is second to none….. absolutely beautiful. The service however was kind of strange, the waitress, although pleasant enough was quite awkward and made us feel a little uncomfortable. Apart from that not a bad evening!
As usual the food was fragrant and tasty and you can sit outside as a bonus with a beautiful view and the cherry on the cake was the service by our waiter Jax who couldn't have been more helpful and attentive

Great location, great food and fabulous service by Jack and Maitre Di Sophie. The Bayford Wharf in Lincoln is well worth a visit.
