More staff than diners.Starters took ages to come and were cold.Sent back and were better on return.Main courses delicious.Due to such slow service and us being on a tight time schedule we didn't have dessert. Final straw was card machine not working so I went to get cash from ATM rather than risk a further delay having to go to main hotel reception to use a card
very beautiful evening. eating was good (steak could have been better, but was not bad enough to complain) although our waiter has trained, he was confident and attentive and I am sure he will be excellent for some weeks. the rest of the staff was beautiful. we will definitely visit again!
my steak was fabulous, but the lincolnshire beef of my friend was missing desperately. we were even moved to ask if a part of the meal was missing! two thin pieces of carrot cut, no tweeted flap and the merest proof of celeriac puree. no good choice!
I had the Lincolnshire Beef. It was cooked perfectly, the pigeon breast starter was new to me but was delicious. The staff were excellent, and all seemed to enjoy being there as much as we did. Reserva una mesa ahora
Lacked atmosphere and service was of mixed quality. We came for Sunday lunch but were told this stopped at 6:00 but not advertised as such
Good food but we all agreed the food had too much salt added or salty ingredients
