I come here almost every weekend to repair my coffee. it is fast and convenient, especially by mobile ordering, but I had problems three consecutive visits now, so I just wanted to react to it. nothing personal. Okay, so I ordered a large drink twice and both of them were filled with about 2/3. I don't know why I don't check it, but I guess as I'm in a hurry, I don't know until I reach my goal. The only location in Bergen County that refuses to fill my daughter’s glass all the way up because she doesn’t like ice in her drink. They treat ice as a part of the drink and reduce the amount in the cup when ice isn't requested. They should learn to fill the cup to the top with what they're selling; their profits won't be affected if they charge $6 for ice, sugar, artificial flavors, and water. Dieucks is a staple in every city, and this location is no exception. It's a great spot that attracts a lot of visitors. Situated in a shopping center, it's easy to find and offers plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly, and the service was quick. The drinks were enjoyable, and the food was tasty. Overall, there isn't much more to say— we had a really positive experience.
i just want to start off i love the staff, all of them are fantastic people. but i consistently get foam when i specifically ask for no foam, it's a starbucks thing not specific to this store. idk what it is about foam i just despise the texture, taste everything about it. just let the milk set for a moment after steaming before you free pour my drink
