I go to this Starbucks quite regularly and rarely have a problem, UNLESS it involves their mobile app or delivery. The latest: It’s Saturday morning and I’m running late for a thing. The drive thru is packed, so we pull into the parking lot and use the mobile app instead to save some time. The order says it’ll be ready at 11:16. I go into the store at 11:10. It’s busy inside so I patiently wait. 10 mins later, I’m still waiting. So I go up to the barista manning the espresso machine and ask about my order. She says, “Oh, that order is here, but I haven’t started on it because you didn’t tell me you were here.” I ask her what she means by this and she says, “I don’t make the order until I kno...
I walked in and stood at the counter, but none of the three employees noticed me, even though they were chatting about the long lines and how Billy had a lot of food to heat up. It seemed that filling the orders was more important to them than acknowledging my presence or letting me know they'd be with me shortly. I felt disheartened when Billy was finally available to cook, but he chose to attend to a girl who had come in after me instead. I was left standing there feeling completely invisible. It seemed like I needed to be a 15-year-old girl to get some attention from Billy.
Of all the Starbucks locations I’ve been to, this one is by far, the best. I use the drive thru and it’s always super quick. The employees here are so friendly, it’s a great way to start my day. They always take a moment to ask how my day is etc while waiting at the window for my coffee (which is always perfect). Keep it up ladies and gentlemen!
I was pleased to find out that there was a drive-thru, which was great. However, I've been ordering the same coffee for the past three weeks and they still haven't gotten it right. I always ask for a high blonde Americano with a half pump of hazelnut and creamy half and half with 1.5 cream in a grande cup—it's not that complicated!
Fresh and delicious iced biscuit. My server was impatient with us. We are new to this shop and all the lingo is different. We were asking questions and he was tapping his fingers on the counter and watching behind us.... I was rushed to order...I asked for a regular tea...
