every time I come to this Starbucks location, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I went through the journey and ordered the notorious tiktok died drink, which was a quite specific order. the employee was patient and up while I ordered, although I expected nothing less. customer service is always great here! also it was clean outside and the line moved quickly. When I came into the window, I had a barcode to scan for my drink and the employees made it a simple transaction. when I got my drink, it looked great, and after the attempt I would recommend to others to try it for themselves! it is a really funny and fruity summer drink that I will definitely get back. overall, very positive...

Im given an option, Drive Thru or In Store pick up for my mobile order. I decide ill sit in the Drive thru and pick up, i regretted it immediately because they had plenty of customers waiting, i stay in drive thru for over 20 minutes, get to the window and they tell me i need to come in to pick up!! It was 4 drinks, 2 Lemon Loafs and a cake pop! Im not a Kevin but damn, not convenient at all. On top of that, Very poor social skills. Not friendly and welcoming, on top of being a big inconvenience.

I never have any issues with this Starbucks. Drinks are always consistent and taste amazing. The baristas are so friendly and hold great conversations while you are waiting for your drink to be made. Food is always good too. The atmosphere inside is great to sit down and have a great conversation or study for a while. Highly recommend this one over the one in Greystone.

we visited here to get a coffee and use two gift cards that we just got as a gift. we both have grande vanille sweet cream cold brew and they were delicious! we did not know that our gift cards total $10 together, and so was the cash in the drive through very friendly and funny how we were buried for the $0.31 cent in our car?

Amanda and Shelly were incredible workers. Their energy was electric and they were such helpful baristas! I am glad Starbucks took the time to hire these young women. I hope that management takes the time to acknowledge them for their hard work and dedication to their customers. Great job, Amanda and Shelly

The restaurant was quite busy with a long drive-thru line, but I wasn't disappointed. The staff worked well together and efficiently! It was by far the fastest experience I've ever had. And yes, the caramel frappuccino was amazing! I can't wait to return!

Pulled up at 6:10 am (they open at 6) and was told “we aren’t open”. This wouldn’t be a big deal but this is the 6th time this has happened at this location in the last month. They should change their open time to “whenever we feel like it”

Hannah took my order and was the friendliest person I've ever encountered! She was so kind and made this the best Starbucks experience I've ever had! She definitely deserves a raise!
