After some time, the employee asked Hannah if she had taken my order. She also checked the system, but my order was still missing. Eventually, another employee called out my order and asked Hannah to provide me with a recovery card. However, I didn’t receive the card until I asked why my order was not in the system and why it took so long. The employee apologized and offered me a recovery card, which I accepted. He wished me a nice day.

I’ve been visiting this restaurant for breakfast three times a week since February, but today was my last visit. For the past two Saturdays, I've had to wait 20 minutes. The first time, they didn’t have oatmeal and left me standing there for 10 minutes before asking what I was waiting for. This morning, I waited 20 minutes for my coffee and eventually had to ask about it, only to find out it had been sitting there for the drive-thru. The coffee was cold, what a letdown! Food: 4.
This is my favorite location!! Tyler and the crew always provide the best service and I haven’t had any issues in the 3 years I stayed in this area!! One of my all time favourite coffee.. but this is my first time in Birmingham USA .. and I really appreciate.. we loved the smell of real coffee and latte too .. worthy for money Definitely recommend
If you order on your way to work make sure you order at least 25-30 minutes ahead I’ve had to leave twice without my order. Loss of money, time, and much needed caffeine. Service: Take out
