I placed a pickup order through the app and headed to the drive-thru. After giving my name, I realized I had forgotten to order something. I felt a bit awkward asking at the window since I didn’t want to slow down the line, but when I did, they unfortunately didn’t have what I wanted. I tried to change my order, but they were out of that as well, so I had to choose a third option that they did have. I apologized for being that person who changes their order at the window, and to my surprise, the barista was incredibly understanding! We even ended up laughing about it. I would greatly appreciate it if lattes could be made without scalding the milk. This isn't just an issue at this location; it's a common problem at many Starbucks. While I recognize the importance of cleanliness, overheated or burnt milk tastes terrible and has a distinctly unpleasant odor.
My favorite tea is the Medicine Ball, and I truly adore it. Whenever I sense a cold coming on, this is my go-to order. I strongly recommend that everyone gives it a try if you haven't already. A special thanks to my sister for introducing me to the Medicine Ball!

This is definitely one of the best Starbucks locations in the Birmingham area. The staff are hardworking, courteous, and consistently committed to offering outstanding customer service. It's my favorite place to study!
Coffee is good and baristas are knowledgeable, but getting in and out of this place is a nightmare… not bad enough to keep people from going down to Dunkin’, but still pretty bad.
I met some friends at this restaurant, and we had a fantastic time without any problems. I really enjoyed it and will definitely return!
