Take your love of Starbucks and go elsewhere, quickly. I have had two bad experiences here and each time tried to give them another chance. The last time was the final straw. I ordered a drink with some specific instructions. I asked the man to pleaserepeat it because the last time I didn 't and the it was wrong- to which the lady at the window began arguing and yelling at me.Her coworkers had to pull her away. I placed an order with specific instructions and asked the man to repeat it because previously, my order was wrong. Instead of cooperating, the woman at the window started arguing and yelling at me, and her coworkers had to intervene. The man sighed audibly and begrudgingly repeated my order but got it wrong again. I had a rather peculiar experience at the restaurant today. The lobby was uncomfortably cold, and when other guests asked to have the temperature adjusted, they were informed that it wasn't possible. After those guests left, the music was turned up to a high volume, which made it challenging for my party to hold a conversation. We requested a reduction in volume, but it didn't make much of a difference. Furthermore, I found myself waiting at the counter for several minutes with no one else in line, while a number of employees chatted instead of attending to customers. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed with my visit today.
I recently paid a visit to this restaurant and was impressed with the service. All the drinks were prepared fresh upon request, and the staff remained consistently friendly. The location is convenient, and they usually offer a nice variety of milk alternatives, even during peak busy seasons.

I've consistently experienced prompt service, and my drinks are always made to my specifications. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, and they usually have a solid stock of items, so they rarely run out of milk alternatives!
This location has limited parking so you'll probably end up going through the drive thru. Every time I get a spot, there is plenty of seating inside. Usually only one or two other people. So I'd guess some of the cars are employees.
I've had to return several times to get my drink remade. I'm not sure how the preparation varies so much each time. While most of the staff are friendly, it's just not worth visiting this location when my order is often incorrect.
No comfortable chairs, the team is completely involved with their phone app orders, and Starbuck isn't my favorite coffee anyway- I just needed a spot to kill a couple of hours. Sure won't be making this a spot to go to again.

Avoid this location. The parking and access are awful. If you want your coffee without it spilling on your hand, the correct lid on your cup, or to order something without being interrupted, I suggest going somewhere else.
