Take your love of Starbucks and go elsewhere, quickly. I have had two bad experiences here and each time tried to give them another chance. The last time was the final straw. I ordered a drink with some specific instructions. I asked the man to please repeat it because the last time I didn 't and the it was wrong- to which the lady at the window began arguing and yelling at me. Her coworkers had to pull her away. This gentleman responded to my request with an audible sigh and said fine . He repeated the order and had something wrong, to which I said no, I want and extra scoop not a pump (difference btwn the powder and syrups). He responded with yah whatever . I had an interesting experience at the restaurant today. The lobby was uncomfortably cold, and when other guests requested to lower the temperature, they were told it wasn't possible. After those guests left, the music was turned up to a very high volume, making it difficult for my party to have a conversation. We asked to lower the volume, but it didn't help much. Additionally, I waited at the counter for several minutes with no one else in line, while several employees sat and chatted instead of serving customers. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with today's visit.

I recently had a quick visit to this restaurant, and I was pleased with the service. All the drinks were made fresh upon request, and the staff was consistently friendly. It's conveniently located and tends to have a good supply of milk alternatives, even during busy camp seasons.

Go somewhere else.. terrible parking and access. Also would recommend going somewhere else if you?re trying to get your coffee not poured all over your hand, the wrong sized lid on a cup, or even try to order something else without getting interrupted Reserva una mesa ahora

I?ve had to come back a few times to have my drink remade. I?m not sure how the drink can be made so differently almost every time. Most of the staff is friendly, but it?s just not worth going to this location for it to be made wrong so many times.

This location has limited parking so you'll probably end up going through the drive thru. Every time I get a spot, there is plenty of seating inside. Usually only one or two other people. So I'd guess some of the cars are employees.

I've consistently received prompt service with drinks made exactly as I requested, and the staff has always been friendly. The location is great as they typically have a good supply of stock and rarely run out of milk alternatives!

No comfortable chairs, the team is completely involved with their phone app orders, and Starbuck isn't my favorite coffee anyway- I just needed a spot to kill a couple of hours. Sure won't be making this a spot to go to again. Reserva una mesa ahora

A few weeks ago, I was assisted by an older lady at the drive-thru, and she was fantastic. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive! I truly appreciate this team. Thank you!
